As of now, we have started delivering to all Emirates across UAE. Now you can enjoy shopping on Neatbynicky whereever you live in the UAE including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Umm Al Quwain and Fujairah.
Delivery Fees
Our shipping fee is AED 25 per merchant items per order.
Free Shipping
From time to time Neatbynicky offers free delivery on all orders or on orders above a certain value. It is normally advertises on banners across the website.
Some merchants as well might sometimes sponsor covering the shipping cost of certain products that they are selling. Items that are eligible for Free Shipping will show a “free shipping” sign.
Delivery Time (General)
Estimated delivery dates are provided for each product in the product details page and during the checkout process, depending on the preparation time that the merchants have committed to, plus Neatbynicky’s courier collection time from the merchant and delivery to the customer. For example, if a merchant prepares their product within one day of your order submission, in this case it is possible that the delivery time would happen within a minimum of one business day of your order (estimate will be within 3 – 7days).
We aim to process and ship your order within the delivery time mentioned during checkout. However, sometimes due to out-of-hand circumstances, such as the merchant taking more than the anticipated time to prepare the order, or during busy sale periods, deliveries may take more time to be delivered.
