How can I update my order?

Please email us at as soon as possible if you would like to cancel or change your order. Our fulfillment center processes orders quickly, but we’ll do our best to process your request.

Can I use multiple promo codes at checkout?

You can use one promo code per order. If you’ve encountered two valid neatbynicky promo codes during your purchase, please choose the one you want to use more.

Return & Exchange Policy

We’re sorry you didn’t love your product.

In case of any manufacturing defect, we will  accept your return within 7 days of the shipment date.

Product exchanges and returns may be made within 7 days from your original purchase date.  Please note that all returned items must be in a good condition and not used, along with all original tags and packaging.

You will be refunded in full to your original form of payment. Please note, your original shipping charges are not refunded.

The item being returned must clearly have been purchased via your Neatbynicky online account. We are unable to accept returns that are not clearly evidenced as purchased through the official portal.

Neatbynicky reserves the right to reject the return if the reason is not valid and appropriate.

Returns outside of the UAE must be arranged, and paid for, by the customer.

Where do you ship?

We currently Ship to the Middle East.

We are working on bringing Neatbynicky everywhere around the world. Tag us @neatbynicky to let us know where you live!

Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free shipping for all orders over AED 250 ! A standard shipping cost of AED 15 per delivery applies to orders below.However, this cannot be combined with other discounts. The system will automatically overwrite free shipping if a better discount offer is available for you.

How long will it take to ship?

Shipping will usually take 3-4business days (it may take a few extra days to deliver to remote areas and busy seasons). We’ll send a tracking number so you can watch your package’s journey.

Are taxes and duties included in my order total?

Yes. If your order is then refused, you will still be responsible for tax charges incurred in shipping the package.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

Unfortunately, we cannot ship to PO Boxes at this time.

When will my order ship?

Here’s how it works: you order, we process, then we ship.

Ordering takes a few seconds. Processing takes 1-2 business days. Then one of our carriers takes it from there. You’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships. It’s on the way!

How can I edit my shipping address?

If your order is shipping to an incorrect address, please email ASAP.
